90% of Americans think poker should be legal
Their results are not good for any upcoming bills looking to outlaw poker.

I think the questions are a bit leading. If you ask should the federal government prevent Americans from doing anything, (spitting, cursing, picking their nose in public, etc) people will vote no.
Iteresting that the 2 poll answers that got the most "yes votes" dealt with internet poker.
But over all I do believe the feds should back off the subject, and just make sure the age limit is followed.
