Happy hunting for Victor Ramdin at Foxwoods
Victor Ramdin has won first prize of $1,331,889 and captured the Foxwoods Poker Classic at Foxwoods Resort Casino, the scene of his last tournament win in 2004.The six finalists were a mix of a pros and internet players, along with some unfamiliar faces. They had fought through a field of 431 players and were not afraid to mix it up early on at the final table.
It took only 40 minutes and 17 hands for both Bruce Kater and John Russell to be eliminated.

Heads up was a classic match up of experienced pro vs internet poker guru.
Online player Alex “Yahtzem” Jacob held the chip lead when they started heads up, however, the two got all of their chips in the middle quickly.
Jacob was unable to make a hand when it counted and was eliminated, earning $655,507 for his second place finish.
Victor took the win giving him the cash, entry to the $25,000 WPT Championship at the Bellagio and most importantly the title of Foxwoods Poker Classic Champion.
