Now thats my kind of poker holiday.

Are you the type of skier who prefer helicopters over gondolas?

Then maybe you should join Phil Gordon and Canadian Mountain Holidays on the Powder and Poker package for a week long adventure in skiing and poker in the mountains of British Columbia.

There are only 33 places available for the package that will be from April 22 through April 29 in 15,765 square kilometers (about 6,087 square miles) of mountains surrounding a lodge that has more amenities than a Hilton

Days will be spent flying around the Selkirk Mountains tackling the pristine ski runs.

Nights will be spent at the Adamant Lodge with lectures on how to become a world-class poker player from Phil gordon.

Each night the participants will play a no-limit Texas hold’em tournament and at the end of each week a champion will be crowned.

The trip is $5,000 for a twin room and $5,600 for a single using current exchange rates, and that includes entry into the weekly tournaments, transportation to and from Calgary International Airport, certified guides, the use of specially designed Heli-Skis and avalanche transceivers, and access to more than 100,000 vertical feet of runs.

With a sauna and whirlpool, relaxation masseuses, exercise equipment, and a climbing wall and two kinds of chefs, a pastry and a regular one, the lodge is not short on luxuries.

I know if I had holidays owing I would be all in!
