Event number 8 of the Blogger Poker Tour is this Saturday at 15:30 Poker.com time.This is every blogger's 2nd last chance to earn themselves a coupon to the July 1st Grand Final where a World Series of Poker main event seat will be given away.
This weekend I'm also going to try and get up and play. It's VERY early on a Sunday morning, but I should be there to play. Whoever busts me out gets a seat to the GF also. It shouldn't be to hard to send me to the rail at that time of the morning...

Can anyone tell me why the last chance tourny starts 4hrs later than all the others have.
At 1:30 in the morning are you determined to keep europeans out of this.
I have a 5th 6th and 7th in these but still no coupon. Even though in these higher finishers all ready had their coupons. Now it seems I may not even be able to play the last chance......

Because it is a Friday, not a weekend. That means we have to allow for people finishing work etc. We're not determined to keep Europeans out of anything, that is a silly thing to say...
But seeing as you mentioned it - over 85% of the BPT players are in North America. It makes sense to have the tournament at a time they can play.
I know how you feel - Australia gets neglected even more when it comes to convenient tournament times... But for a FREE shot at a WSOP seat, isn't it worth staying up?
