Joe bets out $240,000 from the button and Boutin pushes all in for a further $1.49 million in chips, and Joe calls.
The cards are revealed pre-flop, Joe Tehan shows his 8h, 9c against Burt's monster Ah-Tc. The flop comes down Ts, 9s, 9h and Tehan spikes an almost unbeatable set of nines. Now only running aces or any ten can get Burt out of trouble.
The turn is the Ad, giving Burt the full-house out, but again only the Ace or the Ten can save him. The river adds insult to injury, an 8c gives Tehan the full house and the championship!
Burt Boutin finishes 2nd and takes home a cool $604,765.
Joe Tehan wins the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship winning $1,033,440!

is not that donkey-play to go all-in with 8,9 off. ok it's headsup but still a very weak hand to go all-in with. If i do that people will call me a donkey thats for sure, but he's a pro. Strange wolrd we are living in ;)
