This is a site where you can ask real people about the legitimacy of online gaming companies.
This is where you can talk to other Poker.com players about your experiences and hopefully find out that we're actually very nice people that try to be fair in everything we do.
Sorry for having to make this post, but I'm at my wits with regard to the best way to deal with players that think online poker is rigged. Sometimes their stupidity and paranoia is simply amazing. It must be horrible to live in fear of others ripping you off, and to not realise salvation is just a few paragraphs of reading away....

Well, this is an interesting topic. I consider myself a skeptical person, and also an open minded one. So when someone in a tournament gave me a url devoted to the "things are crooked" perspective, I checked it out.
I found some fairly compelling narratives regarding why a poker site might cheat. In particular - the argument that poker sites might help avid freeroll players win a little money to give them a taste - incentive to deposit - resonated as intuitively sensible.
However, I found no real evidence whatsoever to support the claim. And more significantly, I found so much anecdotal stuff being presented as "evidence," that I left the site with a rather low opinion of the critical thinking skills of those behind the accusations.
They could be, of course, very sloppy thinkers and still be right. But I've given a lot of hopefully unbiased attention to the poker since then and I've concluded that things at Poker.com, Ultimate Bet, and Absolute Poker are almost certainly fair and "unfixed."
I'm a little less confident about Royal Vegas.
At any rate, I like Poker.com.
When I do eventually make a deposit, it will be at this site. The interface is really clean and considerate to the user. I like how you display the hand you just folded so you know how you would have faired had you stayed in the hand. I also really like the tabs at the top of the table windows so you can switch between them easily. And I appreciate being able to go full screen when I feel like it. The intuitive and unconfusing lobby interface is another good thing.
As long as I am feeling so chatty, I do have two suggestions:
1. Offer some 7 card stud, five card draw, and other less popular games. I just played in a 7 stud tournament elsewhere and I found I really liked the game.
2. Make a "micro view" option like Ultimate Bet has.
Thanks for reading my opinion,
Eric Strauss
p.s. I also like the "rabbit" option.
