Two Days = Two Champions at the Aussie Millions.

After 2 days of events at the Aussie Millions in Melbourne we already have 2 champions.Nick Sutar won the $1,100 Limit Holdem Title taking home a $55,000 first prize for his troubles. A pair of queens on the final hand was enough to oust poker professional Billy ‘The Croc’ Argyros who finished a gallant second after both players battled through a field of 170 players.
The next champion crowned was South Australian Gabriel Xiourouffa. He pocketed a cool $139,000 by winning the $1,100 No Limit Holdem Event. After claiming the crown he was on the phone to his mates in Adelaide, 8 of whom immediately jumped on the next plane to party with Gabriel at Crown Casino in Melbourne.
Congrats to the winners, hopefully the Poker.com players can have an impact when they arrive at the end of the week.
Only three more sleeps till the Poker.com contingent arrives in Melbourne for the Main Event!
