Heads Up Poker returns to NBC in 2007
NBC's flagship poker show the National Heads-Up Poker Championship is returning to our televisions soon.Once again taking place in the Caesars Palace Poker Tournament Room the action will start on March 1.
Sixty four players will have a chance to be crown the National Heads-Up champion, no one would be keener to get this event started than Chris "Jesus" Ferguson. Ferguson was runner up in 2005 to eventual winner Phil Hellmuth, and then in 2006 made another great run through the tournament only to fall at the final hurdle, finishing second to Ted Forrest.
So far confirmed to join those players in 2007 are as always, the biggest names in the business.
Doyle Brunson, Johnny Chan, Antonio Esfandiari, Sam Farha, Jamie Gold, Joe Hachem, Gus Hansen, Jennifer Harman, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Chris Moneymaker, Daniel Negreanu, and Greg Raymer will all be there.
