Five cards are dealt to each player, followed by ten community cards face-down on the table in two rows. The dealer designates one row as the 'good row', and the other as the 'bad row'.

The dealer flips up two adjacent cards, one from each row. Any player with a card matching the one that was flipped from the bad row must discard that card. A betting round follows. Two more cards are flipped, followed by another betting round, and players discarding their cards that match those turned up in the bad row.

If a card appears in both rows, then the bad row overrules the good row, and those cards are discarded.

After all of the cards have been flipped over, and there has been a final betting round, the dealer flips the top card on the deck. If its value is 2-7, then the lowest hand at the table wins the pot. If its value is 8-Ace, then the highest hand wins the pot.
