This is played the same as Cincinnati, but with fixed betting. The first betting round can only opened with a bet of one "unit", that is one nickle at a nickle-table or one quarter at a quarter-table. The dealer will need to decide what one "unit" will consist of. A raise on the first betting round can only consist of two units, no more, no less.
An open on the second betting round can only consist of two units, and a raise, four units. A three unit open and six unit raise on the third, and a four unit open and eight unit raise on the fourth. Players can open or raise for no more or no less than the fixed amounts for that betting round.
