Each player is dealt four cards, followed by ten community cards dealt face-down on the center of the table. The dealer immediately flips over cards 1 and 2, which is followed by a betting round. Cards 3 and 4 are flipped over, followed by another betting round. Cards 5 and 6, betting round. 7 and 8, betting round. 9 and 10, final betting round.
Players make their best five card hand consisting of the four cards dealt and additional cards from either row. Players cannot use community cards from both rows.
Cards 9 and 10 can be made wild in those hands where the player is using cards from that row. For example, if a player is using community cards from the bottom row, then card 10 (and its matching cards) is wild in that player's hand, not card 9.
