Bodog Poker Open IV

The Bodog Poker Open IV will run from 1 November to 8 November, with 7 championship events to decide who are the best players at Bodog.

There will be two series running in this time: the Championship Series of the Bodog Poker Open IV, and the Mini Series designed for players on a budget. Both series will begin on 1 November with big money opening events. The Championship Series Event 1 will have a $109 buy-in, and Bodog will be adding $15,000 to the prize pool. Buy-ins for the Mini Series Event 1 are $11, and Bodog will add $7,500 to the prize pool for this event. The winners of either of these events, or any of the other preliminary events, will receive a free entry to the Championship Series final on 8 November in addition to their prize money.

Between the opening event and the finals, the Championship Series will hold 5 more preliminary events from 2 November to 6 November at 8:30PM ET. All but one of these events will have $5,000 added to the prize pool by Bodog, with a Limit Hold ‘Em event on 6 November only getting another $2,500 added to its prize pool by Bodog.

The Mini Series will run 1 more preliminary tournament that the Championship Series, with a single tournament each day at 9:15PM ET from 2 November to 7 November. None of the preliminaries between the opening event and the final will have any extra money added to the prize pool by Bodog, but they will award a ticket to the Mini Series $50 final to every player who makes it to the final table of a Mini Series preliminary. The winners of these events will also receive a free entry to the Championship Series final.

It will all come to a head on 8 November, when the finals for both the Championship Series and the Mini Series begin at 4PM ET and 5PM ET, respectively. The Championship finals will have an extra $25,000 added to the prize pool by Bodog, and direct entry into the event will cost $500 for this No Limits Hold ‘Em tourney. The Mini Series finals will have $2,500 added to the prize pool by Bodog, and only cost $50 to enter. This will also be a No Limits Hold ‘Em event.

Only real money players at Bodog Poker can play in the Bodog Poker Open IV tournaments, so you will need to sign up if you want to join in the fun. If you are a newly depositing player at Bodog Poker, then you can earn up to a 110% bonus on your first deposit. 10% is paid immediately, and you can then earn the other 100% through play in your first month with Bodog.
