Full Tilt Poker is offering some of the biggest money in online poker yet again with another Full Tilt Online Poker Series from 5 August.

This time the tournament series will offer a guaranteed total prize pool of $16 million across 25 events. The first FTOPS in August 2006 only offered $1 million in total, so the prize amounts have really expanded since then. Every event offers hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money, and a select few events have especially large guaranteed prize pools, such as the $2.5 million prize pool of the FTOPS XIII Main Event on 16 August, or the special two-day event 22 that will have a guaranteed prize pool of $2 million.

As the premiere online poker series held at Full Tilt Poker, FTOPS XIII has fairly high buy-ins for most of its tournaments. The lowest buy-in for an event is $100 plus $9 and the highest buy-in is for the two-day event 22 with a $2,500 plus $120 buy-in. This is why FTOPS XIII will feature many Omaha events, a Stud poker event, a HORSE event and a Razz event. The prize pools for these events are still very impressive, with many of them offering $100,000 and more.

A great promotion that Full Tilt Poker is running for satellite tournaments into FTOPS XIII is the FTOPS Satellite Challenge.
