PokerStars is holding hourly freerolls until 5 December that offer a chance to win a place in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.

At 20 minutes past the hour, every hour, PokerStars is holding freerolls into the PCA Freeroll Fantasy Main Event. Every player is allowed to enter into one of these freerolls each day, and anyone finishing in the top 9 will receive an entry into the Main Event. Players can continue trying for a Main Event seat after using their freeroll for the day by entering into one of the cash qualifiers for $1.10 at 40 minutes past the hour, every hour. Again, the final 9 players win a seat to the Main Event, with the top 15% also sharing in the prize pool.

The PCA Freeroll Fantasy Main Event will be held on 6 December, with 3 separate tournaments each offering a prize package into the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure to the top 9 players. There are 27 prize packages in total to be given away, each worth $15,100 and including tournament buy-ins, accommodation, and some money for expenses.

The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure is one of the most rewarding poker events outside of the US. The last winner of the major tournament in the PCA series, Poorya Nazari, won $3,000,000 in prize money. This is a massive amount for a tournament that is not a part of the WSOP. Running from 4 January to 14 January 2010, the next PokerStars Caribbean Adventure will be held at the Atlantis Resort & Casino on Paradise Island in The Bahamas.
