Players at
Titan Poker have the opportunity to win their way to the 2011 WSOP with the exciting Warrior League.
For a one time entry of $200 + $15, players will be registered in the eight event league. Players will gather points over the eight tournaments with the top half of the leaderboard advancing to the final.
And don’t be worried if you get a bad beat in one of the league matches as a players best six results will count towards the leaderboard, meaning players get two mulligan tournaments if they participate in all eight games.
The final game of the league will be worth double points, ensuring all players in the final have the opportunity to climb the leaderboard and win their way to the 2011 WSOP.
The first Warrior League tournament will take place on the 26th April, with the subsequent games in the league being held on Tuesdays and Sundays at 21:00 (GMT)
All eight games in the league will be No Limit Hold’em games however there will be a slight twist on each league tournament.
The first game will be a NL Freezeout game while game two is a NL Turbo Freezeout. Event three in the league is a NL Freezeout 6 max game, and game four is a NL Freezeout Deep Stack Event. This pattern will be repeated for the next four games before the final which is also a NL Freezeout game.
Players should be aware that they will need to compete in at least six these games to be a realistic chance of qualifying for the WSOP, so be sure that you have the time available to play in the games plus the final which will be held on May 24.
