The 55 final tables will cover a massive number of events at the 2011 World Series of Poker, all filmed live with just a 5 minute delay. Most of the streams will begin around 2:30PM to 3:00PM Pacific Time and this means that all 58 events in the World Series this year will be broadcast in some form.
The streams will be filmed with an overhead camera and a flop camera, but there will be no hole card camera as has been experimented with in some other recent live events. A play-by-play commentator will describe the action, but these feeds will feature no extra commentary beyond that.
There will be a stream available almost every day from June 1 through July 7, with the exception of 5 days – June 2 and 7, plus July 4 to 6. True poker fans who cannot make it to WSOP themselves will still have a fantastic June to look forward to with so much high-quality poker action to watch.
Some WSOP final tables we predict will be worth watching:
- $10,000 Seven Card Stud Final Table, June 14 at 3PM
- $10,000 Limit Hold’em Championship Final Table, June 17 at 3PM
- $10,000 HORSE Final Table, June 23 at 3PM
- $10,000 PLO Final Table, June 26 at 3PM
You can also catch live streams of the $25,000 Heads Up event, the $50,000 Players Championship event, and the WSOP Main Event on ESPN3.
