The DeepStacks Poker Tour and Players Poker Championship have announced a new series of international poker tournaments that will begin in 2013.
The series will consist of a number of a number of international events (with locations yet to be revealed) and will begin with the DeepStacks Poker Tour PPC-Aruba event starting on the 2nd of May 2013.
The Aruba event will consist of 7 tournaments held at the Westin Resort and Casino and will be highlighted by a $2500 buy-in Main Event, running from May 6th to 9th.
DeepStacks Poker Pros: Mike “The Mouth” Matusow, Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, Tristan Wade and 2-time WPT Champion Randal “Randallin” Flowers have all confirmed their participation in the event.
DeepStacks believes the partnership with the Players Poker Championship will take both organizations to the next level.
“Adding the PPC as a key strategic partner allows us to expand international operations immediately. Aruba is one of the most beautiful locations in the world and bringing the DeepStacks Poker Tour there, shows we are serious about offering the very best in tournament poker,” DeepStacks CEO Chris Torina said.
DeepStacks Poker Tour is a domestic and international tournament circuit focused on increasing player fields and prize pools through pro player participation, great structures and quality television programming.
Their next tournament, The Fall Pot of Gold Main Event, will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno on the 6th and 7th of October.
